I really appreciate the effort put into making this presentation. It left me really motivated on a Monday morning. Besides, it made me reflect on my work and ask myself the question of whether I'm being proactive while dealing with any given situation and could notice the positive impact and reactions that came in from the Client and my management in one such small situation where I decided to take the initiative rather than wait for getting instructions. The DiSC approach is very fascinating, I had never taken an assessment like that before. The facilitator did a great job explaining how it works and giving everyday examples of what those personalities are like.
